'Aki & Pawpaw': Check Out Teaser Trailer For Upcoming Comedy [Video]

Comedy icons Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme return as the trouble-loving duo in the big screen continuation of the Aki & Pawpaw story.

Directed by Biodun Stephen, the forthcoming film is slated to arrive in movie theaters on December 17, 2021. It co-stars Toyin Abraham, Funny Bone, Stan Nze, Amaechi Muonagor, Real Warri Pikin, and Lasisi Elenu.

Since their story was first years ago, the pint-sized protagonists played by Ikedieze and Iheme have cracked ribs and generated many memes still being used by Nigerians today.

Aki and Pawpaw's adventures and misadventures continue in the latest chapter and from what is glimpsed in the trailer, their comedic antics will take center stage once again.

One thing that is very noticeable in the clip is the physical change that the titular stars have undergone as a result of the passage of time. Fans can only hope that their knack for creating engaging and outrageously funny moments hasn't waned.
