Senator Godswill Akpabio has vowed to challenge the judgement of the Court of Appeal, Abuja which has ordered INEC to publish the name of Udom Ekpoudom as the APC candidate for Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District.
This was disclosed in a terse statement issued by Akpabio’s Campaign Organization, late on Monday.
The statement was signed by Joe Iniodu, Directorate, Media/Publicity, Senator Godswill Akpabio Senatorial Campaign Council
It reads: “We enjoin our teeming supporters to remain calm as the facts of the case which are clear provide assurances that justice would be duly served upon a further appeal to the Supreme Court.”
