Fancy Acholonu, the ex-fiancée of Alexx Ekubo, is taking time off to heal following the messy revelations concerning her break-up with the actor.

Via her Instagram story, she mentioned that initially, she didn’t want to speak up as her silence is golden and she did not want to tarnish the image of Ekubo.

However, she revealed that the actor opened her up for selfish reasons.

She issued an apology to the parties involved in the messy affair, adding that the whole situation is humiliating.

Acholonu mentioned that as humiliating as the situation was, she had to defend herself with the truth.

“I never wanted to speak up. My silence was golden. I do not want to tarnish his image. My pain was my secret.

“He opened me up for selfish reasons. I should have known better.

“I’m sorry to everyone involved. This is all very humiliating, but I have to defend myself with the truth.

“This too shall pass. Taking time off the heal,” she wrote.
