Amazon To Hold Hardware Event On 28 September

Retail giant, Amazon has announced on Monday that it will host a hardware event on September 28 at 12 PM ET.

Amazon promised that it will share the news about its latest “devices, features and services” in an invite it shared with the media. The company didn’t provide other details on what to expect from it next week. But if we had to take a guess, we should see many of the same types of products we saw last year.

Amazon announced new Echo speakers in 2020 and its Luna gaming service, WiFi 6-enabled Eero mesh routers and Fire TV devices. it also showed off an indoor security drone from Ring that we haven't seen since that event.

Amazon also expressed “zero tolerance” for corruption on Monday and has launched an inquiry into the behaviour of its legal representatives in India and according to a report from the Morning Context, a media site that covers local affairs on Monday, three people were linked with the matter.

The American company did not dispense details in the report but Bloomberg released the statement after contacting local spokesmen for comment.
