AMVCA 2022: Dorcas Shola-Fapson Responds To Dress Debt Alleg

Actress Dorcas Shola-Fapson a.k.a. DSF has lashed out at the Instagram designer who accused her of not paying up for the dress she wore to the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA 2022.

A stylist identified as @styled_by_maklinscout on Instagram had said the actress demanded a certain red dress but didn’t make payment until Friday, 24 hours before the event.

Sharing several screenshots of their conversation, the stylist said Dorcas begged for a reduction in price before they settled on N400,000 which only covered the cost of the fabric.

However, DSF only sent N200,000 on Friday and has refused to pay the balance claiming she didnt get the style she wanted although she wore it to the AMVCA and took several pictures with it.

Responding to these allegations, DSF took to her Instagram stories to explain that the stylist designed a different dress from what she ordered, insisting that she literally had to hold the dress together for her photoshoot.

She explained that he kept apologising and begging her to wear the dress despite the fact it was different from what she had ordered.

“It’s actually been a while since I dragged anyone but this one?

"I go drag am like baby gen rubbish. This clown showed up when the event was almost done & started pinning the dress on me.

"It’s crazy how he was sooo apologetic but is online writing rubbish?

"If you see that boy help me slap am I beg.

"This idiot didn’t stop apologising yesterday. But today he is online looking for clout. If I dash you slap. Rubbish.”
