    The All Progressive Congress National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu has tendered his resignation form the Nigerian Senate,Tuesday.

    The seat of Nasarawa West district at the Nigerian Senate is now vacant as Senator Abdullahi Adamu, tenders his resignation. 

    Senator Adamu tendered the resignation, in a letter addressed to the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan. 

    He was first elected in 2011 under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) where he represented his district until the resignation.
