APC Suspends NEC Meeting Indefinitely

APC Suspends NEC Meeting Indefinitely

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the suspension of the All Progressives Congress’ (APC) National Executive Council (NEC) meeting slated for Tuesday.

The decision was reached after the president met with governors of the party at the State House on Monday.

This is coming a few hours after the Appeal Court sitting in Abuja suspended the hearing of an appeal by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole on his suspension by the Federal High Court.

Oshiomhole was suspended on March 4 as the Chairman of the APC by a Federal High Court. However, the embattled national chairman secured the judgment of a Federal High Court in Kano dismissing the earlier court verdict.
