Asake Prays For Injured Victims At His London Concert

Nigerian singer Asake has reacted after four people got hospitalized following the stampede that happened at the final leg of his concert at Brixton's O2 Academy.

According to reports and several clips sighted online, the singer had started performing when thousands of fans with fake tickets forcefully broke into the venue.

In another clip, hundreds of people are seen packed like sardines in an alleyway adjacent to the venue.

Reacting to the incident in a statement he shared via his Instagram page, the ‘Terminator’ singer said that his heart is with those who were injured in the stampede.

He said he hasn't yet received the complete information from the venue management regarding what caused the disturbance.

He further apologized to those who enjoyed the beginning of his performance for the sudden cut in performance.
