    Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas has been given a walk-over into the quarter-finals of the Australian Open after Italian Matteo Berrettini withdrew shortly before their fourth-round match citing an abdominal strain.

    Tsitsipas will meet number two seed, Rafael Nadal, in the final eight.
