Baba Ijesha: Former Lagos CP Threatened Me — Comedian Prin

Comedian Princess has revealed that she was threatened by the former Lagos commissioner of police, Hakeem Odumosu, during the course of the trial of Baba Ijesha.

Baba Ijesha was handed a 16-year jail term earlier today by an Ikeja Special Offences Court after he was found guilty of sexually molesting the 14-year-old adopted daughter of Princess.

Reacting to this in an hour-long Instagram Live, Princess thanked the few policemen who stood for the truth.

According to her, about 70 per cent were bribed to pervert the course of justice.

She said that Odumosu dehumanised her and the victim, adding that he threatened her life.

“I thank all the lawyers, the DPP and the few police officers that stood for the truth.

"Because 70% of the police officers involved in this case were bribed. They threatened me,” Princess said.

“Should I talk about Hakeem Odumosu, the former commissioner of Police?

"He dehumanised me, dehumanised the survivor.

"He threatened my life and tried to show me that he is more powerful. Nobody is more powerful than God.”

“Like I said, 70 per cent of the police officers collected bribes, trying to pervert the course of justice. But God is not man.”
