Baba Ijesha: Lady Makes ‘Shocking’ Revelation About Comedienne, Princess

A young lady who identified herself as Ewatomilola Ayeni has made some revelations about comedienne, Princess, and embattled Yoruba actor Baba Ijesha. 

Baba Ijesha appeared at the Lagos State court on Wednesday where the hearing of the sexual assault case against him is heard.

Speaking to newsmen at the court, Ewatomilola Ayeni who claimed to be Baba Ijesa's niece, revealed that Princess had severally assaulted Baba Ijesha to the extent of stripping herself naked for the actor to have sexual intercourse with her.

She explained further that the actor has faced challenges in the past that the family cannot air online.

Ayeni lamented that Ijesha is being detained without proper checks on the allegations. Adding that he was not given the chance to say his side of the story.

Ayeni who mixed English with Yoruba while speaking said, "Please I have not talked on social media, and I plead with the government to ensure proper investigation and judgment. Baba Ijesa knows nothing about the crime labeled on him"

"Till date, he (Baba Ijesha) has not been given the right to speak, he has been locked up in the cell with no freedom or whatsoever"

"I am not ready to mention names, but if truly Baba Ijesha did this, his wife's mother won't even come around for support"

"Has Princess herself talked about how many times she has stripped naked inviting Baba Ijesha to have sex with her"?

However, Nollywood Actor Yomi Fabiyi and other supporters as well as family members of Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, storm Yaba Magistrate court on Wednesday.

Speaking to newsmen at the court, Fabiyi said “I am in court because I believe in the rule of law and I have the right to come to the court and observe the case.

“The young man is my colleague; I cannot deny him at this stage, I am too refined for that.

“I want to see how the court (hearing) will go because there are so many lacunas, so many things that should have been done.

“I want to see how the rule of law and justice is being served.”
