Bad Boy Timz Graduates From University

Fast-rising Nigerian afrobeat act, Olorunyomi Oloruntimilehin, known professionally as Bad Boy Timz, has graduated from the Bells University with a degree in Computer Engineering.

The excited graduate shared photos from his graduation ceremony on his social media pages and captioned it "ENGR. BADBOYTIMZ (Computer Engineering) Your Dreams Are Valid #shockabsorbers"

Bad Boy Timz, who is popular for his single 'MJ (Michael Jackson)' which featured Mayorkun and Teni Apata in the remix, was born on August 13, 1996.

He started making covers of popular Nigerian songs while in the University. He, however, had a boost in his career after his cover for Davido's 'If' went viral on his Instagram.

Timz went on to release his first single 'Complete Me' alongside the music video. In 2019, he got signed to Anonymous Record label where he released his first EP 'Timz EP' the same year.

He has collaborated with big shots in the Nigerian music industry including Olamide, Zlatan Ibile, Teni Apata, and Barry Jhay.

The singer clinched his first Headies Award as the ‘2021 Rookie of The Year’. The artiste was nominated alongside Olakira, Jamopyper, Alpha P, and Zinoleesky.
