Ballon d'Or Ranking: Van Dijk, Ronaldo, Kane Occupy 16th To 25th

The Ballon d'Or event scheduled for Monday 17th October 2022 has released the ranking from the 16th position to the 25th where several top players occupy below the top 10 including Cristiano Ronaldo, Harry Kane and Virgil van Dijk.

The top contenders for the prize later on Monday are Karim Benzema (Real Madrid, France), Robert Lewandowski (Barcelona, Poland), Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain, France) and Thibaut Courtois (Real Madrid, Belgium).

These players would surely occupy the top 10 spots while Lionel Messi who is the current holder and highest winning player is not in contention.

His eternal rival Ronaldo managed to make the cut but appeared at the 20th position on the ranking which shows a significant decline in his form.
