Following an attack on Monday, armed bandits have kidnapped Ahmed Saidu, the village head of Fankama, his wife, and other villagers in the Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State.
Bahisulhaq Alhassan, the cousin of the village head stated in his statements that; “We have not heard from the kidnappers but we hope they approach us and tell us what they want."
Gambo Isa, the Police Spokesperson in the state is yet to give a word on the attack. It was however gathered that no life was claimed during the attack that lasted for about two hours.
