Barcelona are planning to file a formal complaint to UEFA against the referee and Video Assistant Referee (VAR) in their Champions League fixtures against Inter and Bayern Munich.

Xavi Hernandez’s men suffered a second consecutive European match defeat to Inter Milan on Tuesday 1-0 at the San Siro.

After Ansu Fati’s alleged handball had disallowed Pedri’s equaliser, Denzel Dumfries handled the ball in the Inter penalty area, but his side was not awarded a penalty.

After the game, Xavi said the decisions were “outrageous” and he was “pissed off.”
