The Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, has declared that the People's Democratic Party (PDP), will remain resilient and united, prioritizing Nigeria's constitution and the interests of the people.
The Governor spoke during the stakeholders retreat organised by the PDP for its governors and members-elect on Saturday in Bauchi.
He emphasized the crucial role of the party members in the National Assembly and their commitment to national development.
The governor underscored the Party's dedication to delivering on the mandates entrusted to the elected members of the party.
He urged all the PDP representatives to consider themselves as critical icons and champions of progress for the nation.
The retreat, he noted, exemplified the PDP's unwavering determination and steadfastness towards Nigeria's development.
Lawal Muazu Bauchi, New Media aide to the governor made this known in a statement on Saturday.
Among the notable attendees were Ambassador Iliya Damagun, the acting National Chairman of the PDP and Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President and the Party's 2023 Presidential Candidate.
