BBNaija 2020: 'Laycon Is SC' Trends As Nigerians Again Drag Erica For Body-Shaming Him

Some Nigerians on micro-blogging platform Twitter have bashed former BBNaija housemate, Erica for body-shaming Laycon who disclosed that he is a sickle cell carrier.

AllNews earlier reported that Laycon, during a conversation with fellow housemates revealed that he is a sickle cell carrier but hides it from people because they will begin to think he is sick.

The 26-year-old rapper said, "My blood group is Sickle Cell, I don’t like to tell people my genotype because I feel they will think I’m sick.”

Upon the revelation, Twitter users assumed he revealed his health status to Erica who body-shamed him before her disqualification.

Recall that a major event that led to Erica's disqualification was that of the 7th Saturday night party.

Erica who was intoxicated by alcohol confronted Laycon, threatening to make him suffer and body shaming him.

She had said: “You are a fool. You are lying that I tried to kiss you. You can prove that I tried to kiss you?

“ I’m only attracted to your brain. You are a short fool, your whole body is like a broomstick. One week has passed and you can’t prove that I tried to kiss you severally.

“As skinny and ugly as you are, you don’t have anything to trend with. Why are you always talking about me in the first place?

“The only thing Ebuka always asks you about is Erica. Your whole body is like the drumstick of a chicken.

“I was attracted to your brain but right now your brain is evil. Laycon is manipulative and everyone is taking his side. I will make sure he suffers in life. I will do everything in my power to make this possible.”

The users who felt Erica body-shamed Laycon because she knew his genotype have continued to bash the young actress.
