BBNaija 2021: Liquorose, Emmanuel Discuss Their Relationship

Big Brother Naija 'Shine Ya Eye' housemate Liquorose has addressed her relationship with Emmanuel over his comment to the show host, Ebuka at the Sunday night eviction.

Ebuka had asked Emmanuel to clear the air on the one-sided relationship he had with Liquorose. 

Ebuka said, “So a lot of your fellow housemates seem to think that your 'situationship' with Liquorose is pretty much one-sided; almost like she's the one in it and you are there for I don't know what. What do you think about that?"

Emmanuel had replied, “I honestly feel that we are in a comfortable space where we understand each other and we respect each other very much and that is enough for both of us so I don't know what anybody thinks.”

Emmanuel's response seems to have upset Liquorose as she feels his answer was 'political', prompting her to approach him for more clarity.

According to Liquorose, Emmanuel made her feel stupid and she's second-guessing herself. 

Liquorose said: “They don’t show when you’re all over me and chasing me, this is annoying.

“Your answer about us was political to Ebuka, that’s why I’m pissed it’s the safest answer to give. You made me look stupid, I started second-guessing myself, that’s why I came out to the garden to sleep after the live show.

“This is not one-sided but you’ve made everyone think it is by the kind of answers you give whenever anyone asks you about us. I don’t want a situation where it’s looking like I’m putting myself on a guy.”

Emmanuel then apologized for making her feel that way.
