It is safe to say this week has not really been fair to Big Brother Naija 'Shine Ya Eye' housemate, Cross. From being a victim of the save and replace veto power to having an altercation with fellow housemate, Nini and now, the death of his pet fish, Targaryen.
After their task was read to them on Thursday evening, Cross tried to feed Targaryen but noticed she was not moving. This worried him as he felt Big Brother might disqualify him over the death of the fish.
Cross maintained that he fed the fish well but didn't know what could have caused its death.
His fellow housemates, however, encouraged him not to worry too much as living things have the tendency to die without warning.
Big Brother prayed that Targaryen rests in peace and instructed Cross to take the dead fish to the storeroom.
In the storeroom, Cross said, "Hey buddy, I guess I was not a good father though. I did love you so take care of yourself ok? Till we meet in heaven."
