BBNaija reality star Amaka has addressed the backlash she received regarding her failure to post about fellow housemate Phyna on her 26th birthday.
In a video shared on her platform, Amaka expressed her confusion and frustration, questioning the motives behind the negative remarks she received from trolls.
Addressing her followers, Amaka stated, “I really want to address something.
"All these people coming to my DM to drop messages and insensitive comments about me not posting Phyna on my story...
“What exactly is your problem? Coz I want to know exactly what your problem is.”
Amaka further explained that although she hadn’t made a dedicated post about Phyna on her birthday, she had already conveyed her well wishes by leaving comments on Phyna’s Instagram posts.
She highlighted the fact that she had attended Phyna’s birthday celebration and interacted with her posts.
Furthermore, Amaka emphasized that her attendance at Phyna’s party and engagement with her posts were not indicative of any underlying issues or unhappiness.
“Is Phyna owing me money that I came to her party and I'm not looking happy?
“With the cost of fuel in Nigeria, do you think I will honestly attend somebody's party and I don’t fuck with the person?”
