Amid the renewed drama that has come with the convergence of the BBNaija 'Shine Ya Eye' housemates, a new development in the conflict between Angel and Maria may escalate things between the two reality stars.

It's no secret that the aforementioned stars aren't friends and leaked audio in which Angel threatens to slap Maria during the reunion event has surfaced.

The development comes in the wake of Angel demanding an apology for being body-shamed while in the house.

Apparently, the tattooed writer has plans to take the assault on Maria to another level as she stated in the audio that she hopes her fans (known as Arch Angels) are ready to defend her.

"I already said I am going to slap her face during the reunion. I hope Arch Angels are ready to defend me; a real hot slap", Angel said.
