BBNaija star Mike Edwards has taken to social media to announce his historic participation at the ongoing Commonwealth Games.
Though he did not win a medal, it was a huge honour for the reality star to finally represent Nigeria and the entire African continent at the 22nd Commonwealth Games.
Mike Edwards competed in the men's high jump final in Birmingham, UK, jumping 2.19m, finishing sixth in the games.
The reality star shared a video of the event to commemorate his accomplishment.
"SPOTLIGHT. BIG STAGE? HISTORY WAS MADE.
"What an honour to finally represent Nigeria and the entire African Continent at the Commonwealth Games.
"6th in the final and so many emotions to put in words. Thank you all for taking this journey with me, Season ‘22", he wrote.
