BBNaija's Gifty Powers has lambasted wealthy celebrities for allegedly ignoring Hanks Anuku's mental illness.

After a shocking video of him appeared online, the iconic actor made headlines for a week.

She criticized celebrities for flaunting their affluence while refusing to assist their distressed colleagues.

Gifty Powers observed how people sacrifice their lives merely to brag on social media and make the youth feel as if their efforts were futile.

She emphasized how many of the billionaire's daughters and fathers, as well as those married to politicians and others, have neglected to support him.

"It’s a shame y’all can’t come out to support a colleague who is running madly on the streets.

"Well, it’s the world we live in. People sacrifice their souls, just to show off on social media and make the youngsters feel that their efforts have been for nothing.

"And after hanging their dirty undies outside, they come on their page and write “with God all things are possible”….small girl big God”….”we thank God for it all” as their caption…
