Benue APC Holds Special Congress To Affirm Nomination Of Can

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Benue State Chapter, on Tuesday, held a special congress to affirm the nomination of candidates for Senate, House of Representatives and State Assembly in Benue North-West Senatorial District in the just concluded Primary Election.

The Chairman of the Zone Hon. James Tor,  represented by the Party's State Deputy Chairman Dr Stephen Tsav, during the presentation of the candidates extolled members of the party who converged at the venue for keeping faith with the party, stating that the party was on the path of reclaiming the state from the ruling party with the soaring support of the people in the state.

In a chorus response in affirmation of the candidates presented, the congress adopted and confirmed all the candidates in the zone.

Speaking to newsmen from the sideline of the event, the Benue North West Senatorial candidate Chief Titus Zam assured supporters that he was going to return the honour done to him by the party and assured them of his continuous and relentless loyalty to the party and its leader Senator George Akume.

Other candidates praised members of the party and assured them of a strong and robust campaign in the run-up to the 2023 election, while requesting support for all APC candidates.
