The commissioner further disclosed that with their operation in the troubled Sankera axis of the state, the erstwhile hotbed of deceased militia leader, Terwase Akwaza, the rate of criminal activities in the area has drastically reduced.

He said that the suspected cultists were arrested between December 20 and January 5, at different locations within the State, explaining that in 2020, the command arrested and arraigned over 200 suspected cultists in court, most of whom were later convicted.
