Incumbent President Donald Trump slings accusations at President-elect Joe Biden, stating that Biden wouldn't have produced a vaccine in "record time", and that he was a "total disaster in handling the H1N1 swine Flu".
Trump's comment comes on the back of questions from experts and non-experts alike observing the rising cases of coronavirus in the country and the poor job the administration has done in containing it.
Following the recently-concluded presidential elections, Trump has refused to concede to Biden, claiming that the election was rigged against him.
His campaign team launched several legal salvos, some of which have been withdrawn, to challenge vote-counting in some states.
