It has been revealed that director Biodun Stephen's much-awaited feature film 'Sista' has been postponed to a later undisclosed date.

The announcement was shared on social media and no reason was given for the postponement.

The Kehinde Bankole-led title was originally set to begin its cinema run this Friday, August 4 but sources have confirmed that this won’t be the case going forward.

A new date is expected to be revealed soon to douse the disappointment of movie lovers who have been looking forward to this film since its first trailer was released.

The movie chronicles the life of a single mum who will do anything to protect her children from her past.

It boasts a star-studded cast including Deyemi Okanlawon, Kehinde Bankole, and Bisola Aiyeiola, in lead roles.
