Nollywood filmmaker Niyi Alkinmolayan has hailed Breaded Life's accomplishment at the cinemas, saying it is still "kicking ass".
Billed as a dramedy, Breaded Life is written and directed by Biodun Stephen and it stars Timini Egbuson, Bimbo Ademoye, Bisola Aiyeola, Funny Bone, MC Lively, and others.
Akinmolayan gushed about the commercial success of the movie via his Instagram page, referring to it as a "big success story", a remarkable feat given the competition it faced in other major films like Godzilla vs Kong, Prophetess, and Mortal Kombat.
He urged movie fans to go and see the film, reminding them that the impressive feature was helmed by a woman. He also expressed his eagerness to work with her on an upcoming project titled Progressive Tailors Club.
His words, "Breaded Life is a big success story ds year. It had to contend with Prophetess, Godzilla and MK, had what most will consider little star power and it’s still in cinemas kicking ass.
