Brentford City, Chelsea share spoils in entertaining Premier


Chelsea took the trip to face Brentford City at the Gtech Community Stadium as hostility ensues in the Premier League this afternoon.

Chelsea was the favourites before this match and they took the lead thanks to a goal from Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson.

Defender Malo Gusto made the assist for him in the 35th minute. It finished 1-0 at the half-time break.

After the intermission, the home side drew level in the 50th minute following a goal from Mads Roerslev.

Brentford City then took the lead with confidence growing among their mix.

Frank Onyeka now set up his fellow AFCON participant Yoane Wissa as the DR Congo striker made it 2-1 in the 69th minute.

But As expected Cole Palmer was going to inspire something special for his side as he came up with an assist for Axel Disasi who scored in the 83rd minute to make it 2-2 in the contest.

It finished 2-2 apiece between Brentford City and Chelsea in the Premier League.
