The Chrome Beta already has a demo developed by Babylon.js that showcases this technology.

Moreover, WebGPU technology enables developers to achieve advanced graphics with significantly less code and improves machine learning model inferences by over three times.

This is especially significant for advanced machine learning applications that take advantage of local hardware, as it allows for improved development of content.

While WebGPU seems promising, it is currently too early to determine the extent of its impact since Google has not yet released a demo of it.

At present, it is accessible on Windows, ChromeOS, and macOS, and Google intends to introduce it to Safari and Firefox in the future.
