President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Prof. Ibrahim Gambari as his new Chief of Staff.
Allnews reports that 75-year-old Gambari was the Minister for External Affairs between 1984 and 1985.
He replaces Abba Kyari who passed away from the coronavirus complications on April 17.
He is to be presented on Wednesday during a virtual meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
