President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in a meeting with some Governors and other stakeholders over the increase in the price of food commodities in the country.
The meeting is holding inside the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Stakeholders present at the meeting include Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State, who is also the Vice-Chairman of the council; Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State; Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa; Simon Lalong of Plateau; Darius Ishaku of Taraba; and Dave Umahi of Ebonyi.

Also present at the stakeholder's meeting are the Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno, and some ministers among others.
