Buhari Greets Alao Akala At 71

President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated former governor of Oyo State, Otunba Christopher Alao-Akala, on his 71st birthday on June 3, praying for more of God’s grace on the former police officer.

In a congratulatory message released by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Wednesday, Buhari noted that Alao-Akala had distinguished himself as an officer and elected public official.

The president joined members of Alao’s family, friends, and political associates in celebrating the septuagenarian.

He noted with delight Alao-Akala’s wealth of experience in the Police by traveling and training in some of the best institutions in the world and bringing back the knowledge to share with colleagues for better performance.

Buhari also extolled the APC chieftain for always “seeking greater good for the greater majority, and selflessly working for the development of the country.’’

The president prayed for good health, strength, and more wisdom for the former governor.
