President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday received the Madagascan native formulation against the COVID–19 pandemic, known as COVID-Organics (CVO).
Madagascar's president, Andry Rajoelina, has been promoting a herbal tonic for treating COVID-19 patients and several African countries, including Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea and Liberia, have already ordered the product.
Personal Assistant on New Media to the President, Bashir Ahmad, disclosed this on his Twitter handle.
Buhari, according to Bashir, however, said that he will listen to science before allowing traditional or any new medicines to be administered on Nigerians.
