The All Progressive Congress' (APC) caretaker committee led by Mai Mala Buni is set to meet today over the party's national convention scheduled for February 2022.
The committee will be deliberating on its mandate as well as final plans for the national convention.
A source from the party's headquarters in Abuja revealed that the 13-man committee will review reports from 33 states' congresses held and deliberate on the leadership crisis in Oyo State.
The source added that the exact date for the convention is expected to be announced after the meeting while the issue is not part of the meeting agenda.
While considering issues on the postponement of the party's congresses in Anambra state, the committee will be briefed by the national secretary, Senator James Akpanudoedehe.
