Can Manchester United beat Newcastle United in Premier Leagu

Manchester United

Newcastle United would be at home to Erik Ten Hag's Manchester United as action returns in the Premier League.

Following United’s disappointing 3-3 draw against Turkish side Galatasaray can they pull a positive result against Eddie Howe’s Magpies at home.

The Black and White stripes side were superb in the operation as they held Kylian Mbappe led PSG (Paris Saint Germain) to a 1-1 draw.

What can you say about that in terms of the progress Newcastle United have gone through already in this season.

They've been fantastic under manager Eddie Howe who is gradually building his CV (Curriculum Vitae) as one of the best young coach in the Premier League.

And with him having more exposure and experience in the English top flight in view of the Premier League than Erik Ten Hag anything could be the case when both sides meets at St. James Park.

With the Red Devils throwing away a 1-3 lead in Istanbul to draw 3-3, it’s even more tough for them to hold their own against a better and even more improved side like Eddie Howe's Newcastle United.

Manchester United must dig deep to find a result in this match but Newcastle United would be favourite going into this game at least on current form.

Despite the quality the Red Devils possess as a team, their inability to see out games is becoming alarming.

It’s happened twice in the Champions league with Erik Ten Hag and his men conceding late goals to drop points against FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray most recently.

And against a Newcastle side that is brimming with confidence aftermath of their 1-1 draw with PSG United may well struggle again away from home.

While the way they, dispatched Chelsea 4-1 at the same venue last weekend would serve as a strong message to Manchester United ahead of this match.

So the need to buckle up and face the heat beckons on the Red Devils as all eyes would be at St. James Park for the clash between Newcastle United and Manchester United in the Premier League.
