Five lives have been lost in a car bomb attack in the city of Ghazni, Afghanistan, officials have disclosed.
A spokesman to the governor, Wahidullah Jumazada, said that “The terrorists have used a humvee in their attack. They have targeted the National Directorate of Security unit in Ghazni city."
He added that, in the attack, about 32 people sustained various injuries while 5 people were killed.
“Most of the victims are intelligence personnel," he said.
Tthe Ministry of Interior and a health personnel in the city of Ghazni also confirmed the attack.

No terrorist group has declared their involvement in the attack.
The Ghazni attacks come in the wake of an accord signed by the President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani, and his opposition, Abdullah Abdullah, that serves as an opening for talks of peace with the Taliban.
