Maina slumped shortly after the court resumed proceedings today, Thursday, December 10, 2020.
Before Maina slumped, his counsel was pleading with the court for an adjournment to enable him to get a record of the proceedings of the court so he can prepare for the no-case submission he intends to file on behalf of his client.
AllNews understands that Maina is currently receiving medical attention.
