Chelsea FC has confirmed they have parted ways with their former player now manager, Frank Lampard after the recent dip in the club's performance in the domestic league.
Lampard could not complete his second season at the club after numerous transfer which saw top talents across Europe come to the Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are now far behind on the EPL standing at 9th with 29 points.

Despite the win in the FA cup against Luton Town, the owner of the club has issued the former club skipper his letter.
He is leaving the London club without a managerial trophy but he did win a lot with the Blues during his spell as a player - including their first-ever Champions League.
