Chris Wilder has left his role as manager of English Premier League side, Sheffield United after losing 22 games in the English top-flight for the 2020-21 season.
The English coach brought the blades from League One to the top flight and managed to finish 9th on the table in their first campaign since 2006-07.
With 10 games remaining in the 2020-21 season in EPL, Sheffield United are 12 points clear of the safety zone.
Wilder accepted earlier in a pre-match conference that "any division would be okay at the end of the season."
A press conference with the 53-year old was cancelled on Friday following his resignation.

The tension between Wilder and the club owner, Abdullah Bin Musa'ad peaked in recent days which could have led to him walking out the door at the Bramall Lane.
