Seun Kuti has called on Nigerian parents to start early sex education for their children because of the high influx of sexual content in the media.
This is in reaction to the viral video of Chrisland students involved in filming adult contents.
On his Instagram page on Tuesday, the singer stated that everything is centred around sex in the country.
Kuti added that 14-year-olds were actively having sex in his generation and that it was no surprise that the age has dropped for kids in this generation.
"Everything in Nigeria is centred around sex.
"Children are faced daily, in fact, inundated with sexual images.
"All the songs the media feeds them, everything is hypersexualised," Kuti wrote.
"Sex tapes of their media-created role models everywhere coupled with the internet.
"Just start sex education early instead of forming saints.
"In my generation, most 14-year-olds were already doing it or planning to do it.
"I am not surprised the age dropped."
