Comedian I Go Save Throws Subtle Shade At Ubi Franklin

Comedian I Go Save has taken to Instagram to throw a subtle shade at Ubi Franklin, who threatened to give anyone who insults him the Will Smith treatment on Monday, March 28.

Ubi took to Instagram shortly after the video of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkette, at the Oscars went viral to call out Bovi.

According to Ubi, Bovi made a joke about his children at last year's Headies awards. He claimed that he even sent some of Bovi's friends to him to express his displeasure with the comedian's joke, which he found offensive.

Comedian I Go Save, on the other hand, has sided with Bovi. I Go Save stated in a video posted on his Instagram page that some celebrities have capitalized on the Will Smith incident to trend.

I Go Save, in an apparent reference to Ubi Franklin's remark about Bovi, stated that anyone who gets a girl pregnant, abandons her, and does not pay child support must be used as material for jokes.

He said:

"If you give girl belle and you abandon her. You nor give child support. We must use u crack a joke"- comedian I Go Save trolls, Ubi Franklin after he recalled how Bovi made a joke using his kids and threatened to serve the Will Smith treatment on anyone that insults him
