Chelsea Women go up against London City Lionesses in the Continental League Cup Final Group B match at London City Lionesses’ Princes Park in Dartford, Kent, kicks off at 7.30 pm on Wednesday evening.

London City Lionesses are currently placed eighth in the Championship having won two, drawn one, and lost four. Their league game against Charlton Athletic on Sunday was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, which means that they have not been in action for two weeks.

The Lionesses’ last game was against Arsenal in the Conti Cup where they were defeated 4-0 with Vivianne Miedema scoring all four goals for the Gunners. Melissa Phillips’ side also lost 4-0 to Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup back in October.
