The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has suspended the hearing of an appeal by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole on his suspension by the Federal High Court.
Oshiomhole was suspended on March 4 as the Chairman of the APC by a Federal High Court. However, the embattled national chairman secured the judgment of a Federal High Court in Kano dismissing the earlier court verdict.
The court clerk announced that the three-man panel would not hear the appeal on Monday, but that a new date would be communicated to the parties.
Oshiomhole said that he would await the court's decision on the issue.
