Star actress, Funke Akindele and her husband Abdulrasheed Bello have been sentenced to 14 days community service each.
Allnews reports that the couple appeared before a magistrate court in Ogba, Lagos, for flouting Lagos state directive on social gathering to contain the spread of coronavirus in the state.
The court ruled that they both will serve three hours per day, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
They also will be visiting places to enlighten people on the consequences of not complying with the government’s rules on coronavirus.
The court also directed the couple who earlier pleaded guilty, to pay a fine of N100,000 each.
