A Federal High Court In Kano on Thursday set aside a ruling of FCT High Court suspending the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adams Oshiomhole.
Allnews reports that on Wednesday, Justice Danlemi Senchi, had granted an order of interim injunction stopping Oshiomhole from parading himself as the APC National Chairman.
The judge, Justice Danlami Senchi, also gave an edict to the party to bar him from gaining access to the party secretariat, mandating that he be disregarded as chairman of the party.
But the suspended chairman, who spoke through his Chief Press Secretary, Simon Ebegbulem, said the party’s lawyers had filed for a stay of execution.
Federal High Court on Thursday also ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.
