AC Milan shot-stopper, Gianluigi Donnarumma, and attacker, Jens Pette Hauge, have tested positive for COVID-19 with other members of the team after the test results returned on Monday.

AllNews understands that after Zlatan Ibrahimovic's recovery, this is the lastest COVID-19 spike in the club amidst players and coaching staff.

The press release from the club indicated that all individuals involved remain "asymptomatic and have been immediately isolated at home with health authorities informed of the situation".

Other members of the club, both players and coaching staff, tested negative in the lastest result.

Milan leads the Serie A table with 12 points with a game on Monday against Roma as the Italian goalkeeper will be left out with the latest result.

In the squad list released, the 21-year old remains on it but he would likely be replaced by Jungdal or Antonio Donnarumma or Tatarusanu
