Atletico Madrid record signing, Joao Felix has tested positive for COVID-19 as the striker is isolating at home, in compliance with the health authorities’ guidelines and La Liga protocols.
Felix 21, has formed a formidable duo with former Barcelona striker Luis Suarez as they help Rojiblancos to what might be their first La Liga trophy in 7 years.
He is set to miss their next match against Celta Vigo which could bring Moussa Dembele to the fur as he was brought in as a replacement for free agent Diego Costa.

Felix moved to Madrid in the summer of 2019 in a whooping 113M euros transfer making him the club-record signing from Benfica.
