Amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, D'Tigers' Shooting guard, Stan Okoye, has expressed his discontent over the 'loss and tragedy' since the start of 2020.
Allnews reports that the spread of COVID-19 has left businesses around the world counting the costs.
As of 7 May 2020, more than 3.77 million cases of COVID-19 have been reported in over 187 countries and territories, resulting in more than 264,000 deaths. More than 1.25 million people have recovered.
In a Twitter update on his verified handle on Thursday, Okoye, of Gran Canaria of Spain, described 2020 as "a crazy year" so far.
What a crazy year it’s been so far, so much loss and tragedy. Every day there is something new to deal with, you can’t even properly get through the last thing.

Aside the COVID-19, tragedies like the Australian bushfire, Ukrainian jetliner crash in Iran, devastating floods in Indonesia, communal riots in Delhi, Taal volcano eruption, death of Kobe Bryant in helicopter crash and earthquakes in Turkey and the Caribbean have rocked 2020.
