The National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) has announced on Monday that eleven corp members in the Taraba State orientation camp tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) disease.
AllNews learned that the COVID-19 Technical Committee Chairperson in the state, Innocent Vakkai disclosed the information at a news conference organised by the state Ministry of information and Orientation in Jalingo, the state capital.
According to Vakkai, who doubles as the Commissioner for Health said the victims were currently receiving treatments at various isolation centres in the state and urged residents of the state to be cautious of the pandemic.

He, therefore, appealed to members of the public to always observe COVID-19 protocols to mitigate the spread of the disease.

However, many countries have taken decisive action of another lockdown while others are currently taken proactive measures that would save the lives of their citizens.
